As usual, the kids loved Halloween. They both carved their pumpkins all by themselves. We drew the face on for Jake and then he cut the whole thing. Sydney went solo with everything. Jake was a baseball player this year and Sydney was a spider princess. Sydney insisted on dressing her dog in a costume. I gave in. She picked out a hot dog costume. We love our neighborhood or trick-or-treating. Lots of kids and lots of candy! We also had some other friends come over and join us from Sydney's soccer team, so it was a good time.
