Sydney was baptized on January 23, 2010. She had a great experience. Sydney is such a good girl that makes great choices and is so kind and loving to everyone around her. She had sooooo many people there to support her. Both sets of grandparents came out and also her aunt Jackie was there. Jackie and grandpa Peterson gave talks, grandpa Weatherspoon sang a song, her friend Meredith and her mom also sang a song, and her grandmas both gave prayers. Her dad baptized her. It was a great service with lots of tears from everyone. We couldn't believe all the friends that were there to support her! There were probably around 50 or more people there - most of which are not even members of our church. Everyone there was excited and proud of her even though they were of other faiths. We have so many good and supportive friends here. Wish we would have gotten a picture of everyone that came, but didn't think about that. We mostly just got pictures of family.
