Swim Team

Sydney has been participating on a swim team this summer and has loved every minute of it. She is a great little swimmer. At practice they swim laps for an hour and a half straight. She loves it. I would die. She swims in the individual events of freestyle, breast stroke, and back stroke. She swims in the team medley and the team freestyle. It's been lots of fun for her this summer. She does not want it to end.

This one is of her doing the breast stroke. Her goggles fell off when she dove in the water, but she just kept on going anyway.


This clip was an exciting race. Once the race starts, Sydney is the swimmer at the bottom of the screen in the video. Watch how far behind she was. Her little competitive edge kicked in at the end, though. We were all surprised.
