We had a really fun Easter!!
The weekend before Easter, our neighborhood had its first annual community Easter egg hunt. It was a great success with lots of kids. Have I ever said how much I love my neighborhood?? It is the best!! Pictures below from the neighborhood egg hunt.
The night before Easter we had fun coloring and decorating Easter eggs.
The Easter Bunny hid our boiled eggs along with plastic ones and we had fun searching all over for them Easter morning. He also left baskets full of candy along with beach towels.
Egg spinning competition - an Easter favorite!!
Our puppy Buddy was lucky enough to develop Cherry Eye and had eye surgery a few days before this. Notice he has a cone around his head so he won't scratch at his eyes while they heal. Sydney thought it was so funny when she put her bunny ears on his head. Getting Buddy is the best thing we ever did. Great dog!!! The kids LOVE him. He really needs a hair cut, huh!After all the morning fun, we headed to church where we learned of the true meaning of the Easter Holiday. Fun day!!

Hey Ken, I don't know why but your blog doesn't show when it was updated on my blog...hummm. You look great. Congrats on 10 years with you hubby. Where in FL are you again? I might be going to FL with Dave on a business trip next month. That would be cool if we could see you.
